Hello, we are Jeanna and Craig Kunce, the wife-and-husband team behind Windhill Studios. We are creative souls who have been making art and stories for many years. We paint, draw, color, and create things inspired by nature, imagination, family togetherness, and everything in between. Even our dragonfly brandmark is inspired by the lively abundance of dragonflies we see each spring and summer. We grow many of the flowers you see painted here in our own backyard gardens.
Our stories lean adventurous, lighthearted, and sincere. We’re drawn to themes of friendship, creativity, curiosity, and the quiet courage it takes to be yourself. Rather than focusing on trends or heavy messages, we aim to create stories that feel timeless—the kind you return to because they simply feel good to read.
Our artwork follows that same spirit. Inspired by the outdoors, the changing seasons, and a love of small, meaningful details, much of it falls into a cozy, cottagecore style—whimsical, a little nostalgic, and grounded in the natural world.
