No physical item will be mailed or shipped, and the frame is not included. Because of the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If you experience any issues, please contact us—we are happy to help! 

How to Access Your Art 

Your files will be available to download immediately after payment is confirmed. 

  1. Click the Link: In your order confirmation, click the link to the secure Dropbox folder.
  2. No Account Needed: If Dropbox asks you to log in, simply select “Continue with download only.” 
  3. Download to Device: Open each file and click the Download icon. Save the high-resolution version directly to your computer or device. Note: Please do not “right-click and save” the preview image, as this only saves a low-resolution thumbnail. 

Important: We recommend downloading all art files immediately and storing them on your personal hard drive or in cloud storage to ensure permanent access to your artwork. 

Printing Your Artwork 

For the best results, we recommend an online or local professional print service or a high-quality home photo printer. 

  • Paper Tip: We suggest a heavyweight matte paper or cardstock for a premium look.
